Finished Animation
When I first began this, I did not move the feet as much as they needed to have been. He looked like he was going to plummet into the soup instead of sip of it; the center of gravity was not over the feet and he lacked a certain balance.
Animatic
For this animatic, I went thoroughly researched several varieties of facial expressions. Some were too subtle, others were blown out exaggerated.
Storyboards This particular storyboard had undergone through several changes. The story, now, is about a man that is cooking, distracted by instructions, and eats it before he looks. Before, it was a man eating a sour lemon; before that, a pepper. I also rendered the view in different positions until I found the most desirable scene. |
